Neighborhood Vaccine Clinics

Happening soon:

* ACHD will hold a Drive-Thru Flu Clinic at the Saybrook Township Hall,  on October 1, the first Wednesday of the month, from 11 am to 1 pm.  No appointment is required.  Bring insurance cards.  Parent must accompany minor.  Call (440)576-6010, option #2, for more information.

At our Physical Assessments Clinics we provide complete physicals for persons of any age.  Call the Ashtabula County Health Department at (440)576-6010, option #2, for more information and to schedule an appointment. 

Physical Assessments Clinics (also called a wellness clinic or well child clinic) will be held at ACHD on some Tuesdays and Thursdays of each month, by appointment only.
